Contrary to what the ad states or what the seller told me, these fit the S-Tronic models too, that's what I have. Both models and the V6 S5 share the same OE exhaust, so that makes sense. Clearance, length, everything are perfect. One thing that isn't bueno is the fit of the sleeve, on the downpipes. It's too loose to get a good seal, easily. Ironically, the fit to the OE downpipe back pipes are much tighter. So, expect to use copious amounts of high temp silicone to get it to seal. Or weld it.
