I had trouble configuring it to work on Cricket network, took it to local Cricket store for help, was informed WRONGLY!!! "( Cricket does not support any Kyocera phones)". I took phone to another cricket store, the tech reviewed info on his phone, changed settings on my phone, it was working on Cricket network in ten minutes or less. I am still getting "moved in" to this phone, but so far it is as expected. I would buy from seller again.

This is my husbands preferred phone. When I found this new one on eBay I was thrilled. We already have it set up and it is working perfectly. Being as the phone is no longer made, I didn't think I could find a new one. A MILLION thanks!! Well packaged and shipped quickly. A++++++++++++++++++
