They offered first 30% refund wich I didnt accept. Then they offered 50% refund wich I still didnt accept. I explained that the product is useless to me and that I found it unreasonable to pay more money to get the product I already had paid in full. At last I got a full refund. Its a pity shipping is long to Norway so I have to wait another month
