Customer did not read listing before purchase...and we politely explained this information to the buyer also. We accepted their return request (even though buyer chose the option saying the listing was wrong)... but buyer then also decides to leave a negative feedback for their buyer's remorse, even though seller is not at fault. Ebay has been notified.
