I fell in love with my moonrock lawnship 2.0 shoes and was disheartened to hear that Onitsuka Tiger discontinued of sales in the US until I saw Kei's listing. Kei had excellent communication and shipping with swift. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit quite as well as the previous model; however, Kei was very understanding, and we were quickly able to negotiate the return of the shoes. I would be happy to work with Kei again if planning to replace a shoe pair with same model and size.
