Hello! As discussed via extensive messaging, photos should NOT be used to gauge size. I have clear measurements of the bag in TWO places for this reason. Kate Spade calls this bag "Medium" which is how I must list it and why I place measurements in the listing. You were made aware that I offer FREE paid returns, but instead you demanded $80 to "keep" it and left a negative when I declined and offered you the free return label option. Have a good day.
