    I paid for medium size bag as you described but I received a small bag with different smaller size…I know the difference between the medium and the smaller bag…because I have a medium size bag from this brand with another color…So this size is a small size not medium…Not worth this price…And not what I’m looking for…It’s not as you described…So disappointed…I gave it to my daughter .thank you.

    Hello! As discussed via extensive messaging, photos should NOT be used to gauge size. I have clear measurements of the bag in TWO places for this reason. Kate Spade calls this bag "Medium" which is how I must list it and why I place measurements in the listing. You were made aware that I offer FREE paid returns, but instead you demanded $80 to "keep" it and left a negative when I declined and offered you the free return label option. Have a good day.
