    This arrived Damaged as Package inside was Open so coffee rattled around in Box so Not Fresh Un useable they gave me a Refund !! But I wanted them to replace it which I told them If this is the way they deal with Issues Just refund Not try to do Better and Improve service Dont Bother

    Karen, as you are fully aware, the coffee is sent out in a foil heat sealed packet wrapped in paper for added protection, within a specified cardboard box, manufactured to Royal Mail requirements. If the packaged arrived damaged, it was obviously not despatched that way. As soon as you complained you were immediately refunded the full amount. At no point did you request a replacement. Short of hand delivering it to you, and possibly making the coffee, I can't think how we can improve our service
