Very bad shipping management to Mexico.
Because they sent with the FCA incoterm and not DDP, even though we gave them our DHL account number and we took charge of all the transportation, we had to pay more than 35% of the total value of the merchandise in taxes that WERE NOT considered. Therefore we lost a lot of money because of them.
Furthermore, they were never receptive to negotiating the price of the USED item.
