Item arrived and it appeared used yet advertised as new. Initial startup showed a SD card error I could not even reach the first useable screen to see if it would scan. The seller was very nice and refunded my money right away. So I have no complaints with seller. This may have just been bad luck on my part. I would still buy from this seller. I don’t think anything was nefarious here.

This seller committed fraud. I purchased a unit that was described as unopened in it's original packaging. However, upon arrival not only was the package open but items were missing. Seller claimed he did not pack and ship the item himself. When confronted the seller claimed I was lying and he would check the serial number. After I pushed back he then said he would have to check with his boss. I finally got my refund after threatening the police. This man is a fraud, a lair, and a thief.
