    I was patient for the 6 day shipping but the seller communicated to me would be shipped out by Monday after waiting a week and the item has still not been received by post office to be shipped.

    I understand your frustration, I do. But your package was picked up on schedule, with no issues nor delays. USPS customer service was called as soon as package seemed to be missing and the options are; wait for it to show up in the system, or file a lost package claim. My only option, for you, was to issue a refund, which was done right away as requested. Our apologies that this has happened to your package. Refund was issued.
