I read the directions over carefully and found them well written, however I could not find a phone number anywhere to call the company to ask a couple of questions, with one being, what is the warranty? I thought the company should make it easier to talk to a live person. I had several knives to sharpen, 22 to be exact. After using it, found it really easy to use. Did a marvelous job on serrated blades.
