Da in der Beschreibung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass die Folie der eingeschweißten DVD etwas beschädigt war (nicht die DVD oder dessen Hülle!) hat der Verkäufer ohne mein Wissen einfach mal den Verkaufspreis erstattet! Mir wäre das nicht mal aufgefallen, da ich die DVD schauen und nicht sammeln wollte. So einen Verkäufer findet man nur ein Mal unter 1000 Käufen!

So entered as a custom order and yet it was made specially following day /shipped to me that day made and arrived with me next day. Unbelievable service. The product is great and the price was very reasonable including free delivery. Maybe you should charge a slight premium for customising. I would have paid £10 more.
