      Poor customer relations . Difficult purchase and far too expensive for the item that eventually arrived . The item was ill fitting and had no shape . After being told there were no returns I pointed out their own returns policy and finally managed to return it for an exchange only . I eventually got a much smaller size that I took to a leather maker and had adjusted at my own cost . This has been a waste of time and alot of money sadly . Be careful .
