The Chair was out of the box 10ish days. Offered me 20 % off said don't have the red in stock asked for a different color they said they don't do it that way. I have the same chair and had it for 3 years without this issue. My recommendation is if you weigh over 200 this is going to happen because of all the rubbing. We offered the buyer a free return even thought it was used or a partial refund but the buyer is unreasonable.
