I immediately tried to notify the vendors to change shipping address. Further reading on eBay said I should cancel the orders & reorder with the correct address. One vendor handled 2 items, acknowledged the cancellation& accepted the reorder. The 2nd vendor replied no cancellation possible. I was stressed thinking it would go to the old address. Finally it was delivered correctly. Now I see 2nd PKG coming. Am I charged 2x?
