Item looks OEM, but not certain if it is NOS, or re-manufactured. Two things look a bit suspicious...The label looks torn, like it was taken off the original bag and re-affixed here; there are black sharpie marks on the unit. I don't imagine the factory would do that; I think it was opened, re-manufactured, and the sharpie marks were put there to aid in placing the two halves back together to insure fit. I could be wrong, but I'm just reporting what I see. I'm curious to see if seller comments.
