Volume less than my other, doesn't hold battery life, and when I switched from right ear to left ear it would not stay in that ear. I loved the plantronics voyager legends brand since I found best buy had them but now, the inferior to any and i want to say thanks to POLY company for messing up a great brand. Now plantronics is as bad as poly. Low grade and only for iPhone users. I will move on and hope to find a new brand that was a great as the plantronics.
