These are outstanding quality and fit perfectly on my Rockwell 28-3x5….once I got them on. EXTREMELY challenging to get on, but finally used two Festool clamps as levers (the metal end) and zip tied the parts I got on as I went, and it was much easier. Had to take the wheels of and do this in my Moxon vice to get the leverage. But once on, they are fantastic. Also had to scrape all the epoxy out of the wheel the last owner put in there installing glued on tires….
