Too bad that the so called delivery was by Evri who are totally incompetent and left the package behind a hedge at the front of my house without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. I did message seller they got another track rod out to me within two days which is very good of them but this mistake wasn't there fault just wanted to highlight there customer service is top notch. I asked them to reimburse me something. And they told me basically under our terms and conditions we cannot. Reimburse anything. I will never buy anything from this company again there are plenty of other companies on eBay which sell the exact same part at a cheaper price and itβs the same brand. Do your homework before purchasing anything from this company.
