Item arrived very quickly but poorly protected. Item was all bent out of shape. Metal is very soft and needed to be in a box not just a padded envelope.

I am very sorry to hear this. And surprised. I have mailed many thousands worldwide and this is only the second damaged in transit. All are well protected. To use boxes would increase shipping costs dramatically as they would come out of the large letter category and go into small package. You are of course free to return the item for a full refund. Again, sincere apologies for the careless handling by Royal Mail.
