      On the phone, their customer service was fantastic! Their email responses left a bit to be desired. For example, rather than answering the question I sent they told me to call and speak to someone in the office. It was not a complicated question, nor answer. Shipping took 2 weeks longer than initially quoted, and home delivery was an additional cost which is not unusual with freight deliveries. Overall, I would use them again.
