There was an issue with a very strong SMOKE ODOR and the seller was very responsive with resolving the issue & offered everything they could to make things right including a full refund. Between the both of us, because I loved the bag so much, we figured out how to get the smoke smell out, it still has a little tiny bit of a smell , but I’m still working on it. The vinyl material limits my options. Overall I love the bag.

I normally do not pay for shipping but price with shipping was acceptable compared with other options. Was wrapped with cardboard so it was well padded. Over packaged for this particular book in its condition but I would purchase a book in better condition from this seller with confidence it would arrive undamaged.
