There was an issue with the initial shipment (no tracking update) but the seller followed up with the carrier and resolved the issue. The monitor arrived soon after.     Seller doesn't seem too urgent with the shipping, created a label on day 2 but package didn't move until I messaged them on day 5. Seller replied explaining that they run into issues sometimes with an unexplained third party and didnt get the item out til the next day. About a 2 week wait and the box that it arrived in was heavily damaged with fraily tape and no packing materials but miraculously the item was safe and although described as "for parts" it worked so I can't be too mad.

    I explained to this buyer that i had dropped his item off and that the place i dropped it off at had been having some issues lately getting it scanned in and off to the shipping service. He seemed to be ok with that. As for the damage to the box during shipping i cant control any of that. I went and looked at his feedback and he has negatives agaisnt his account with the same thing he was calling me out for. Be weary of this buyer.
