I asked seller to place bubble wrap inside the lantern to protect the glass panels from breakage because this happened on the same lantern that I bought from a different seller weeks ago. This seller did not do as I asked and that was disappointing, as it was a small reasonable request. Lantern panels were loose upon arrival but fortunately not broken. I did have to straighten some mild bends in the metal feet.
