      When I received the "open box" item, I found that it was actually a "used" item. The air purifier had been rewrapped in the original plastic and taped up giving it the appearance of an unused item, but the smell was overpowering when the plastic was removed. I contacted the seller within a few minutes of opening the box. The seller was probably duped when they purchased it. The seller apologized and immediately issued a refund.This was outstanding service! I would use/trust this seller again.
