I waited 8 days, still no replacement. Contacted them again to be told it was out of stock but then sent that day second class post. I've still not received a battery. This is for my elderly Aunt who is ill and can't use her phone now. Communication is important for everyone. If you made a mistake, own up & let your customers know. They will usually understand.
