    Very happy with the sewing machine, the price, and response from the seller. The item was as described, well packed and dispatched quickly. My only issue was with DHL who gave an earlier delivery date than requested which caused some reorganisation on my part, and then they failed to arrive. Because they did not give clear or timely information for the rearranged delivery, I ended up collecting it myself from their depot, where I waited ages as the customer desk was not manned.
