Seller didn t know he needs to manually ACCEPT the money, thru PayPal app or email notification, or it will remain in PENDING. He thought link provided with official payment information was a phishing link. Threatens a report. Made me feel as a thieve. I sent an invoice and notified the buyer. Immediately after, the buyer responds back with a phishing scam asking me to click on a py.pl link to collect the payment.
