      The CPU came safely and securely packaged. It was as described, in like-new condition. There wasn't a scratch or mark on it, it looked like it came straight out of the box. Unfortunately, the CPU that I purchased was incompatible with my motherboard but that was an error on my part. The seller provided excellent customer service, offering for me to return the CPU for my money back. It was an easy return, and a great transaction. I would happily buy from this seller again.

Despite all the packaging attempts, few RAM modules did not survive and so I have reached out to seller for resolution. Seller’s communication was prompt and extremely caring. Helped narrowing down the problem to only a subset of modules and seller has promptly sent a replacement kit. Replacement modules have filled the gap from original shipment.
