    The item arrived broken and instead of an easy refund the process has taken multiple emails and around 2 weeks to resolve. Now that the item is returned via tracking the seller has changed their email so they cannot be notified and give me my money. EBay are aware and I hope this seller knows that cannot get away with kind of customer service in Australia.
