    Seller is very responsive - there was a part missing from the original shipment, and he was quick to respond and remedy the situation. Re: the listing, I probably would categorize this more as "used; in excellent condition" rather than "new; open box", but the pictures were clear and the seller was not trying to hide anything, so I chalk it up to more of a subjective difference in opinion. Overall, I'm happy with the quality for the price and would buy from him again. Thanks!

    Excellent customer service. Great seller Fast shipping. Although they were well packaged, one of the reels arrived damaged from shipping, through no fault of his. He could have easily just filed a claim and issue a partial refund. But he went out of his way to find a replacement part. This was no easy task since this was a vintage reel with parts long discontinued. He found the damaged part and sent it to me at no cost. Rare nowadays to find sellers like him. Will definately buy from him again.
