This resulted in not receiving the item in time before my overseas trip, and a brokerage tariff bill from UPS. My neighbor was able to retrieve the item while I was away, and the seller has refunded the amount of the UPS bill. The knife roll is nice; I wish there hadn t been all the issues, as time is the one thing we can never replace or return.
