    Seller was excellent at communicating and it was a great price for this color laser printer. However, it was not sufficiently packaged to withstand the abuses it took from dim-witted careless FedEx monkeys who apparently threw it on the ground several times and kicked it around like a soccer ball. FedEx handlers ripped the box open in several places. It was so badly mishandled they even had to replace the shipping label. And inside was the printer in dozens of broken pieces.
