    item non-functional. mechanically broken. could not play a single CD once. item was shipped to me from the UK to the US but was not packaged well enough to make that journey. packaging: styrofoam only, no bubble wrap. aged styrofoam was shattered into many pieces upon unpackaging. auction states seller does not accept returns. seller did not give me any options other than suggesting i file claim with the shipper. that process not worth the headache to me. seller did respond to all my messages.

    As the item was shipped to the US via eBay’s Global Shipping Program, I asked the Bayer to contact eBay and open the case with them as they are responsible under their policy for any damage that may occur during transit between UK and US . The buyer declined to go through the process and said he would get the item repaired in US instead.
