      The package got damaged and delayed in shipment. It appeared to be lost in shipment. The seller issued a refund. The package arrived at a later date with an explanation from USPS about the damaged package. The seller then sent a message that I needed to pay for it again which I just completed the purchase again since I did receive the whistle. None of this was the fault of the seller and I was dealt with fairly.
