Rome: Total War for Windows allows players to reenact some of the most epic battles in Roman history. It is the third installment in the popular Total War video game series. Like any other Total War video game, the Rome computer game requires use of strategy and real-time tactics in order to succeed in building empires and winning battles. In the Rome computer game, more than 10,000 soldiers can appear on the screen at once so the player has complete view of the field during a battle. Rome: Total War for Windows can be played in single-player mode or with up to eight people online. In single-player mode, a player will complete campaigns, but in multiplayer mode, players will fight battles against each other to gain resources and control. Rome: Total War for Windows centres on battles and fighting, so there is a considerable amount of violence. The game is not recommended for players under the age of 13.
