There was a delay of several days in shipping but I believe that was USPS being their usual selves (sat in one location for 3 days!) and not the fault of the seller. You know, just in case. It turns out that new original transmitters are no longer available. This used one arrived today just as depicted online and was delivered in a small box for protection. It took a week to get here but looks like my original ones. Now, I will have to get it programmed to see if it works with my car. Happy with the purchase.
