My purchase arrived in a beat up box due to the shipping carrier and my printer was damaged due to something other than an ink cartridge that holds ink, exploding and covering the printer with ink. There were no ink cartridges installed, so it was not that. I contacted this seller immediately and he did not hesitate to refund my money.       First purchase w/Tyler and I am very satisfied with my purchase from looks right out of box, a box that it has had a hard time in shipping, if it wasn’t for the packaging by Tyler it would have been in pieces! Product is as described and I feel the value there. If it all goes together well then I saved myself $400-500!!

      Item came in a timely fashion and was very well packaged. Everything advertised was in the box; exactly what I wanted! Unfortunately, one of the speakers covers seems to have suffered some damage from the journey. Two of its pegs broke off and in the listing photos they are in tact. One of the speakers has a hairline crack as well. It works without any issues though and I am overall happy with the product despite the damages. Would buy from seller again 😊
