    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 1) They continually lied about when they despatched the item. The Royal mail 24hr tracked packaging to me was entered onto the eBay tracking 9 days after the order date instead of the next day promised. 2) I left a negative feedback due to bad delivery. Subsequently they accidentally manually edited my surname to bettercunt - an accident. Really? 3) The packaging was extremely poor. 4) They have requested me to revise my negative feedback before I get a refund. more.....

    Warning to other sellers: This buyer has been extremely rude, aggressive, and racist throughout the entire process. He repeatedly threatened us with negative feedback unless we issued a full refund, despite us acting professionally and replacing the parcel at our own expense after Royal Mail lost the original. He also called our staff “useless” and used offensive language. We have reported this buyer to eBay for harassment and abuse. Sellers should avoid this buyer at all costs.
