    Incredibly careful packaging. There were 3 lenox swans in my order and each were individually wrapped with bubble wrap and the box was wrapped in “caution: fragile “ tape.     The item arrived very well packed, however, Suzy’s hand (that held the needle) had broken off during shipment. The seller was incredibly responsive about issuing a refund, I provided pictures of the package, the packing, the broken hand and everything, so she could file a claim with the post office.. Yes, the item arrived damaged, but it was not the seller‘s fault and she was terrific about it.
