Missed the 1st delivery due to work, 2nd delivery wasn’t fulfilled due to the courier and the courier didn’t appear to resend the parcel to my chosen drop-off point for the 3rd delivery. It got messy so the seller chose to refund me in the full, and take it up with the courier company. During all this drama the seller quickly responded to my messages, they were patient, polite & kept me updated and informed.
