    This situation is a clear example of a buyer neglecting to read the product description, then attempting to shift blame onto the seller for their own mistake. Responsibility lies with the individual who failed to follow the information clearly provided. Instead of owning your error, you resorted to threats of negative feedback in an attempt to force a refund. When I rightly refused to issue a full refund for personalised, non-refundable items, your behaviour became completely unacceptable.
