    Item description said new, but a couple of the blades were dirty from use and the container was dirty and has a broken plastic piece that is missing on the side. This does not change the function of what I purchased and am not super picky. The item just should not have been displayed as new.

    regardless of any reviews It is always sad for me to find out one of my customers is unhappy. The item that was sent to you was not cracked or damaged and as for the item being new, when I get them from the auctions where I source my items I can only go by what I am also told about the items condition.
