      I received an item very late.package was okay. Item is not as described. It was used and dirty. I contacted seller for refund but the seller denied my refund. I bought new item but received used item. I don’t think i will be buying from same seler again. Late delivery and item doesn’t match the description.

      As you know, the 4 day delivery delay was completely out of my hands and was with USPS. Sight unseen, you asked for a refund & was advised by Ebay to wait until the standard 5 days or delivery - whichever came first. Then asked for refund again 4 days after delivery, claiming it was a used item, it was definitely not. Sorry for your negative experience.
