    The item arrived ahead of schedule IIRC, it was packed well, in both the original packaging and an outer package. The modem works as promised in the listing and has been serving my network for over a month with no issues! It’s a great value for 2.5gbit modem. I did have some initial issues getting a Comcast rep to come out and set it up (after self install failed multiple times on app and with advanced support line), but the technician was able to get it squared away. No issues to date!
