I just wanted to clarify the shipping response you had. The book was in the USPS system the day after you purchased it, and it was sent Media Mail, saving you money. It left here, and sat in San Fran for 4-5 days, then 3-4 days with the USPS in Honolulu. It was actually probably the farthest package you can ship from Florida to Hawaii in the USA. Seller's have no control over items once delivered to the Post Office, and I pride myself in getting items out within 24 hours.
