They were very unhelpful and borderline accusatory that somehow I caused the damage. Either you missed it or it was damaged in route, either way it’s not my problem, and I shouldn’t pay for any of those mistakes by accepting a very damaged card. They offered no help, no solution, simply said they will contact eBay and then never got back to me.
