When the watch arrived it was described as a Mens watch but was actually a Womens watch so asked to return it and get a refund - not as listed. The seller said i would have to send the watch back and pay for the postage, they would then refund me via PayPal - both major infringements of eBay protocol. eBay no help as seller has agreed to refund - but at my cost
