The box the fry cutter comes in is not a proper package to send through the mail. It's made of the thinnest cardboard you can get. I even suggested to the seller to put the box in another type of packaging to protect it during shipping. Wouldn't you know they shipped the replacement out the exact same way the first one was sent.
